SpidersMoment Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 chest congestion, worsening cough and loss of voice(sorta)???
JaneDead Posted July 25, 2006 Posted July 25, 2006 i have found tea to help me with a lot of things lately. love my white/green tea. recently got this: celestial seasonings wellness tea- "sleepytime extra" (spearmint leaves, lemon grass, hawthorn berries, orange blossoms) it contains "valerian". anyone familiar with this? i am about to look it up now but that is what it has in it to make the the "extra" (they have another tea i guess that is just sleepy time tea) i drink this and it makes me tired. it is nice to drink tea and feel so *relaxed* but not *drugged*.

I have it in pill form to help me sleep.
Medea Posted July 31, 2006 Author Posted July 31, 2006 chest congestion, worsening cough and loss of voice(sorta)??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Horehound Tea is one route to go. Licorice tea as well, though avoid it if you have high blood pressure. Another good one for the cough and to soothe the sore throat is Mullein Flower tea.
