I dont have anything now but back when i was 18 i had a boy friend who well apperantly cheated on me cause i got crabs from him. Thats was enough aggravation down there for one life time. :blink

Since then i have gotten checked at elast once a year if not more. All checks Good tooo. :grin

Luckily, I have never had one, but I am ultra paranoid, and I have a rather "active" sex life, so I get tested once a year.

As a swinger ect I get tested too...every 2 1/2 months. That is what the guy at the place said to do.

I had Trichamonasis..something like that a long time ago. Apparently they consider it an STD because it is passed through sexual intercourse. You can have it and not even know or be a just a carrier for it. I found out I had it when I went to get a pap smear. I had no idea I had it. It can cause infertility and other things. I was put on antibiotics for a week and then it was gone. Nothing major. I guess the guy I had been with was a carrier.

this sound simlar to something i was told was pre cancer cells on the cervix, they said it is an infection of some type spread through inter course, nothing usually happens to guys, the infection will just go away, but if the woman goes on with out being detected she will end up with cancer on her cervix, so they scrapp all the cells off inside, put this gross mustard shit all up in there and then they do a check up every 3 mnth for about year. and poof its gone no harm no foul.

I had a friend call me up one day telling me about all this, wondering how she could have gotten it she has only been with he r hubby and so on, a long conversation cause well i was left to believe he had to have cheated on her, to have given it to her. But who knows maybe she wasthe one cheating.

any how from what i gather it is not htat big of deal as long as the lady goes and gets her yearly check up at least.

I've heard this a lot as well..maybe goths are supposed to be slutty? I make out quite a bit there with different people and I'm always paranoid the next day, so I know what you mean about the dental dam..haha

well its not everyone....I think your friend probably means those people that "get around" alot with a different person everyweekend....more likely just spreading rumors.

Yeah I don't think cc is any more skankalicious than any other club, but there certainly are a lot of...nondiscriminating...types there.
