I bought a ReplayTV about a month ago. I did have a digital cable box with HDTV (no DVR), but it sucked. The box would randomly freeze. After a software update it would freeze, detect that is was frozen, then reset itself for me. Channel surfing with the built-in TV guide for about five minutes would usually bring on this irritating behavior.

Oh man. Its great. I don't even watch regular TV anymore. The problem is though, I do find myself watching more TV. I'm addicted to the X-Men cartoon...lol.
