i guess i should tell you guys all about my birthday. well, as you seem to know (heh) it was friday, and i went to a few garage sales where i got a bunch of free bead bracelets! (i was joking around with my mom, who'd bought me neil gaiman's <u>stardust</u> for a quarter, if that was my only presents she was giving me, and the lady caught wind that it was my birthday).

then, feeling lucky, i went to the gas station to pick up some smokes & a lottery ticket, and told the cashier, mohammed, that it was my birthday and he bought me 5 free mega millions tickets! i didn't win, but that's ok! it was nice of him.

i went to city club with my friend lexie (batwinged on lj) and her boyfriend, stephen, and had a blast there. lexie & stephen bought me some rum.

it was really nice to see ken (he's probably on here because he's the one who told me about this site) who made me a chainmail bracelet. i pretty much made out with him all night... but i'm still single. oh well!

sunday my sister, booper, came over to celebrate my birthday with me. her & my parents went to see <i>brothers grimm</i> which was, in a word, campy. then dad made filet mignons for us, and we had corn on the cobb, mashed potatoes & gravy, and salad with tomatoes and balls of mozerella cheese. it was all delicious. i got some clothes, a candle, a cd my sister made, and lots of pens. haha. my mom made me a strawberry swirl birthday cake.

today my co-workers threw a little party for me (I'M SO SPOILED!!!!) and we had key lime pie with candles in it. i got a gift certificate for target, pj's, slipper socks, TWO hair dryers - one for backup (haha, "we back up everything around here!"), chocolates, and a pair of black sandals. they're really cute.

wheeeee! my birthday lasted 3 days! haha! i'm so lucky!

well, it's dinner time, then i'm off to my first day of school! *feeling kiddish*
