A favorite? How can I pick just one time? I love the autumn, the chilly air and the smell of decaying leaves, watching the yellowjackets in their dramatic last dash frenzy before they curl up and die. I love the winter, especially the early morning when the sky is electric blue and the snow is falling, or later in the morning when the streets are covered in the mists of sublimating snow. I love the spring, the dank muddiness of it, the smell of rot and new life. I love the summer, especially the thick, liquid nights and the thunderstorms. I can't pick just one.
