Would someone like to explain to me the difference between beer & mead? I've tried plenty of beer, and haven't yet found one I thought was yummy. But FC said she didn't like beer, but liked mead, so what's the diff?

the term honeymoon actually comes from the dark and middle ages where newlyweds would get tanked on meade after the wedding and.. :whistling

honney in itself is an aphrodisiac, but meade seems to bring this out more.

esp if the acidity has been controlled (use of lemons or orange peel. i assime moniac mead uses cherries)
