Heights, a weird one because if there is a railing near me, it doesn't bother me but if no railing, even a low height like 10 or more feet I get nervous. Spiders, from being teased as a kid and here's a silly one, growing old alone and unwanted.

Some of the people in my hood scare me. Like the crazy homeless guy on glue.........the drug dealer with the guns......you get the picture.

i sometimes get freaked out by sounds in the house. most of it is the house 'settling' after the day's gone by, other times it's some appliances that are still on, or "other" stuff.

when you hear random giggling/singing/talking/music playing (by no means of radio) in the middle of the night, yeah, kinda freaks you out to the extent of staying up just a few extra minutes just to see if it'll happen again. :erm

Bad vibes scare me and what they can do. Spells with bad intent scare me...evil forces.....I know they are after me :fear :erm

*sends good thoughts towards HH to help repel evil*

bad vibe scare me to...

i have another story. yay!

few years ago, a group of us went to Cloverleaf. later that night, these two guys came in and sat at the booth across from us. didn't pay any mind to them until they came over and started talking to the guys. ( our group consisted of 5 guys, two other girls, and myself.) my boyfriend (the one i'm with now, again, long story) starts to get a bad feeling from them. i didn't like them when i saw them, so i just didn't look at them. they gave off the creepy-evil feeling. i went up to one of them (shaved head, and blue eyes) asked him for the time, and touched him on his shoulder. i ran into the bathroom, and started crying! whatever he was hurt me in such a spiritual/emotional way that i couldn't be around anyone for 5min. or so. our group leaves after a little more testing on everyone else's part, and i'm still a wreck. :tear

i can usually tell when people are good/not so good. but when they're just down-right evil, i want nothing to do with them, or the situation.

I have a similar story but much worse. It is so bad I cannot post it.......would make me look crazy. I am not the only one that saw it though. I can tell you for awhile when I was younger I hung with some pretty power occult types that walked both sides of the line and something did come see me one night in a bar. I believe in shapeshifting and alternate dimensions now. And I was sober on this night too......

i wouldn't think you were crazy, but i respect you not wanting to share.

it's like me not wanting to post my biggest fear. which i still won't, not yet at least.

here's another fear : i'm always afraid when my dog is outside in the front yard, and i'm leaving in my jeep that i'll accidently run over his tiny body. =( it's horrible to think, but i can't help it.

Its like scary guy said......our fears keep us safe....or in this case your doggie......good fear. Hold onto that one....you'd make a good mom. Got any kids?

I'm like Farril in the sense that I am not afraid of the dark, but what the dark may contain. I absolutely detest going outside by myself at night. I've actually had bouncers at City Club walk me out to my car. I just know that a kidnapper/robber/rapist/murderer is going to jump out of the bushes and bestow a slow, horrible death upon me. I've had this fear for as long as I can remember. I've always been rational, known that the boogeyman wasn't really there, but being the paranoid little freak that I've always been, I've always looked over my shoulder for Ted Bundy or Ed Gein. *sits in corner with pepper spray in hand*

You would be surprised how happy you can be when you are really poor
<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Money = security and control. I am terrified of becoming poor enough that I have no choices *mobility, entertainment, family, home, etc.* I moved away from home at 17 and spent the first 5 years out of the house broke, broke, broke with hardly a stick of furniture, cookware, clothing, scrimping/saving/going without. I refuse to live like that ever again (which is very highly unlikely but the fear is still there.)

I realize that in the end having good loving people is what matters, but by god not worrying incessantly how bills are to be paid goes a looooong way in making relationships work.

clowns!!!!!!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

OMG....

My mother-in-law has a clown collection in her dining room. In order to use the upstairs bathroom, you HAVE to go through the dining room. Therefore, I use the one downstairs. I HATE clowns.

I have always been most afraid of two things.

Failure.

The inability, through laziness or the conflux of circumstances, to make a difference for the better in the world. I fully intend to be childless, so my only legacy will be my accomplishments.

When I was young there was a toy jaws shark. U fished stuff out of his mouth. I really wanted that toy but when my moms friend bought it for me I was gravely scared. :sleeping
