Guest Game of Chance Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 lol...a female friend of mine asked me yesterday if I knew any good exercises to stretch her ass out... What she meant was...she had been working out and that her ass was sore... She knew how to stretch her calfs, her quads, but didn't know how to stretch her glutes... It just sounded funny, "Do you know how I could stretch my ass out?" Needless to say, this will be an ongoing inside joke for years...
holliwood66 Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 LOL~ a good one is to start by sitting up on the floor with knees to chest. Lower one leg and cross the other over the lowered leg. Pull the crossed leg toward the chest/oposite side and hold.
TomCat Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 it figures that the heading "Ass Stretching" would get both Holliwood and I out to post. LOL
soothsayer Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 I guess your friend will be the butt of many future jokes. :laughing

gothicmom Posted December 3, 2005 Posted December 3, 2005 Back on topic, though a few days late.... When my booty is sore I do a yoga move called Downward Facing Dog. If you do it just right (heels up then slowly lower heels and raise the tail bone) it feels really good.
