Just letting everyone know I'll be seen at CC this Saturday night, celebrating my enlistment as I will be going to MEPS this weekend, then heading to Detroit right after.

Probably bringing a few friends. Hope to see a lot of you there, probably my last time out before I leave for basic.. Then, in about 4 months, I'll be back, 21, and drunk off my ass for a couple of weeks.

Also sorry for my little absence I took from the board for a couple of weeks there, I have been busy doing things and haven't been on the internet much at all anymore.

See ya this weekend guys, don't be afraid to slip me a drink or two while I'm there -=wink wink, nudge nudge=- :D

been a bit of a change in the game plan..

I will still be there this Saturday but I just made a last minute change in my MOS and I'm going to have to wait until Wednesday to go to MEPS now.

Going for Correctional Specialist, now.. I wanted to do Military Police, but I would have to wait until January to ship out to training, plus there's only a 3K sign-on bonus... With Correctional Specialists, they're basically MPs in a prison (Fort Levinworth) and I'll most likely be kept stateside. Why the change? Well, chose the better of two choices. Military police I'd have fun with I'm sure but if I can do basically the same job, in a safer place, with 20,000 dollars just for signing up for 4 years, hell yeah.

Anyway, I'd be shipping out possibly the 1st of Nov. or a couple days after.. If I don't ship out directly on the 1st I'm going to try to make it to CC for Halloween as well.
