Trying to identify a classic 70's bad guy

Do you know who I'm about to describe?

If you saw movies with "bad guys" in the 70's or watched TV shows, especially cop shows, you saw this guy at least once.

He had dark hair, was very thin with a bad complexion - like bad acne scarring. He had a heck of a snarl. I remember him being dressed in pinched shirts (fitted dress shirts) usually. Often he'd be paired or teamed up with other bad guys.

The complexion is the most standout feature. This guy was in everything.

Just one of those things that pops up in my mind when I can't sleep, and I wanted to IMDB his name to see whatever happened to him.

If I can find a picture of someone who looks like him, I'll post it.

Alrighty. It took some searching, but I found a good picture of a guy who reminds me of the actor I'm thinking of.

The guy on the top left in this picture is Rick Mills (aka Arch Stanton) of the local bands 3-D Invisibles/The Hellbenders/The Volcanos. In this picture, he is very reminiscent of the actor in question:

I believe you are talking about the actor Richard Lynch. He set himself on fire in 1967 after taking LSD. Which is what his scarring is from. I remember him best as the bad guy in the Chuck Norris film Invasion USA.

Good try, but no cigar.

I remember Richard Lynch though - he was a REAL classic bad guy.

The guy I'm looking for had dark hair.

I am trying to locate a picture of the guy I think you are referring to. His name is Anthony James. I have seen him in A-Team, Simon and Simon, Buck Rogers and a couple of Clint Eastwood westerns.
