I rarely write lyrics and even more rare if I share 'em. I like this one.

Last night

Everything was great, last night

But I got over that this morning

If you ask me to stay I might

Leave again without any warning

Still some things come as no surprise

Like piering up to midnight skies

Expecting that the sun will rise as always

Yes everything was great , last night

Didn’t stand a chance today

But I’ll get over that, again

Despite the circumstance I’ll stay

But it’s such a bitter old refrain

I guess I never realized

Thanks, when I write something I'm such a perfectionist that I could spend forever re-writing it. But this one came from a personal experiance so I just wrote what happend and it fell together rather nice.

They say works are never finished, just abandoned.

Well this is the first abandoned work that I liked this much.
