Michelle Pfeiffer was the better of the two "modern" Catwoman actresses.

Of those two, Michelle Pfeiffer by a mile. But Julie Newmar is my all time favorite.

My vote goes to Pfeiffer (vinyl is my #1 fetish), though honestly I haven't seen the newer "Catwoman" movie yet. Being a bullwhip artist, you think I'd be there on opening day but for one reason or another, I just haven't gotten around to it.

Berry was coached in whip for the movie by Alex Green who's tapes I learned a lot from. Pfeiffer was coached by Anthony DeLongis. I have his sword videos, but I don't have his whip videos yet, though I hear they're excellent. During rehearsal for "Batman Returns" Pfeiffer slashed DeLongis across the face by accident. I think footage of that oopsie is included in the special features on the dvd, though I could be wrong.

PS - Green was also the coach for "The Mask of Zorro". I don't know if he did the sequel yet or not. Bad me, I still haven't seen that yet either, though it did just come out.
