City Club - Halloween Night

Jinx says it's not. I thought it was. A bunch of people are planning to go there Monday, but I haven't found any confirmation either way yet.

I tried calling city club, but got the Ramada desk and they transferred me to a recording. So I still have no clue.

On saturday there were signs all over that said "Yes, we are open on Halloween" So unless that changes... yeah. I'm going Saturday probably. I'll ask again if there still is not definate answer on this.

They said they'd be open on Halloween when I was there Sat night. Jinx reposted and said that they'd be open, but it's not the CC people who are having it open. It's another group and the CC DJ's won't be there. Refer to his post original post to see exactly what he said.

Sounds like whomever rented it did so for a public function, not private.

FUCK going to CC on Monday come to the Nercto for the following reasons.

1 None of the CC dj's are spinning on Monday at CC.

2 The NECTO is by far much cleaner

3 Drinks and Cover are cheaper

4 Best sound system in Michigan compared to the Worst ( CC)

5 Comstume contest worth more money than CC has put into repairs in the last decade.

6 Their is no # 6

IF the Necto was closer I would go, but that's quite a drive for me. It would take me an hour to get to Necto, where it takes me 20 minutes or less to get to City Club. Gas is expensive, you know?

Last year CC allowed another group to host the party and YES they did charge extra. Those that went last year (not myself however) said they were not impressed. Make your own decision from previous information I suppose.

We'll be upstairs doing the afterparty thing after Hallowicked... y'all are welcome but I've no idea what floor we'll end up on... haha just follow the Faygo trail... but if there's any kind of action going on at the club I'll prolly stop in.
