Thai on Main's Pad Thai is good with tofu. More sweet than I'm used to, but it was good. I always like Mongolian BBQ or if I want to see that cute guy I'll drop in at Jimmy John's for a sub.

I've had good experiences with Cafe Habana, a Cuban restaurant just off Main St. on...Fifth Avenue, I think it is. Maybe Fourth. You'll have to look close, for it is hidden well.

Hmmm... Good Night Gracies is a cool little Jazz/Martini/Cigar bar. 11 and woodward area, by the Royal Oak Transit Center.

true.

as for in Royal Oak I say ZUMBA on main street, it's a burrito place. Or Pizza Paesano on Washington....you can eat inside at both places but there aren't food servers.

For sit down service there are a few thai places, and that middle eastern place on the southeast corner of main and 11 mile is good.

Never been to Sayva (sp?) but MsMaldoror claims it is good (blackskittles disagrees though), it's a vegetarian place.

And there is a burger king on main and 12 mile.

Its because of the gravitational pull. It IS the center of the Universe, after all.

Also, O'Toole's and The Rock have the NFL ticket. So both are great places to watch the game on Sundays...

If you want something definately different...

try Catmandu (spell?) it is off Washington in Royal Oak, and is food from Nepal. You get to put your shoes in cubby holes, and sit on pillows. I loved the decor....

Only thing is be prepared to be there for a while, since the food is made from scratch...and it is a bit pricey, but worth a visit!!!

Also they have this special drink that is the bomb! Not sure what it is called, but it has seeds in it..

:) Other then that I do like the Pita Pit.
