Haircut?

I have and under-cut with the bottom half of my head reall really short...the top half is about 2 inches past my shoulders...im thinking of cutting the top but cant find anything thats around chin length that would look good with my under-cut...any suggestions?

I would think a modified bob would do the trick, however photos of what you actually have now would help us more.

I have had the back of my head short cut, almost shaved while the top/side/front went in a dramatic slant frontwards towards my chin. From the front it looked like a typical bob, but from the sides it was a bit more radical looking with that extreme angle from short back to long front.

i was thinking of something like that but a little bit longer than chin length at the front...thanx:)

I think an anime style cut might work. Try to visualize the bulk of the hair cut to the chin and random pieces extending to the shoulders possibly layered for the extending pieces.... I guess it would be easier to draw that one....

Lilith was discussing that same hairdo once - shorter in back and longer in front, with an even hem (I know that's a sewing term, but my brain is mushy right now... and it fits).

I believe her hair stylist called it a "swing bob".

I've seen several people out in public with it lately, and I think it's very creative & attractive.

Sometimes referred to as an asymmetrical bob. Sometimes, one side is left longer than the other, but I think the sides even on either side of the head looks better.

Nope. Ummmmm..... the longer pieces are random where the rest of the hair is all the same cut. I don't know a better way to describe it without drawing it and alas no scanner.

Exactly what I was thinking. Some people do this and leave the back shaved, also. With something in the middle on the back like a rat tail braid.
