I made all the forums appear as read! I only had to click on every thread 20 times to do it! See? It's not a bug, it's a feature!

The "Mark all posts as read" button doesn't work for you?

Heh. Nice sig!

Mark All Posts linky doesn't always work. Hmm, maybe it's a Firefox thing? What browser is everyone using and do the threads seem to mark themselves read as you expect them to?

(I've found that if I 'mark forum read' or actually read all the unread threads, then click on the DGN banner, then go back in the thread, then click on the banner again this tends to actually trigger all the 'forum read' icons. Yeah, convenient, eh?)

Firefox 1.0 and I have the same issues as Jarod. I can go into a forum, see that there are threads that I don't keep up with and then click "Mark all read" and it works for that session. But if I close out the browser and then open it again, it's as if I never read the threads to begin with. I've also had it where the forum folder is "lit" and go into it thinking there are new posts in a thread and there's nada.

Firefox as well. Aren't we the techie nerds!

Yeah, I know what you mean though. It's definitely not entirely consistant. Caching errors or something? I don't know. It doesn't affect my life too tremendously at this point.

there were, problems with many aspects of the read/unread indicators with both of the "big browsers". Recently after rebuilding the skins, all the indicators seem to be working fine with both browsers (after clearing cache/cookie)

>continues poking around as to not declare it "Fixed" just yet.
