I was thinking the same thing. I can understand the being single part, although being involved really doesn't stop many people from fooling around. Even close friends of mine who know better and hate it when it happens to them. But the being 21 part? What's that have to do with anything? Sure, it's drinking age but we're not talking about that. What we're talking about is legal at 16.
