Lamest music you listen to

Okay, well I'm always curious to here what other goths like to hide in their closets. Let's hear it. What's the lamest CD/single that you have (and still listen to) that you would never ever want any of your fellow goths to know about? I'll go first:

My mother is from Georgia...I own *gasp* COUNTRY, and I like some of it.

But I like some rap (I own Limp Bizkit, Eminem and 50 Cent)....

and of course, Kelly Clarkson.

I listen to EVERYTHING, I'm not kidding there.....

Kylie is not lame. I mean, sure she probably is not writing the music herself..but she has some good dance tunes and is damn fine.

I listen to nothing I consider lame......so......I guess you would have to come over here and judge yourself.

Oh ok, I guess my Will Smith stuff is pretty lame.

Lame Music eh.... If I listen to it... it is hard for me to think it is lame, but music that I listen to that a lot of others might think is lame: Death Metal

I like the second ace of base album called "the bridge", it's actually really good and even the critics were suprised by how good it was. I also like a song by Savage garden quite a bit, I think it's called "crash and burn". I also like Usher, Brian Mcknight, Babyface and Beyonce Knowles....but I'm not ashamed of that, they actually make really good albums.

Well, it's more of what you think OTHER people would think about your music. Even if you don't care about about their opinion, you surely can think of something that you wouldn't normally be showing off to the rest of the group.

You know, I'm really impressed to see how open-minded everyone is about music. I just started the thread more out of fun and curiosity than anything else. Critter, I also listen to Billy Joel, ELO (freakin' Turn to Stone owns my world), and Fleetwood Mac. I've never known anyone who listened to Polish polkas, so that's cool. More power to ya. It's been cool seeing what people listen to that's not so "typical goth." =)

And I spent my childhood attending Polish festival after Polish festival, and masses at Polish churches, etc.

So that music just brings out a very ingrained feeling of happiness that no other music can.

My turntable took a dump upon moving. And all that music is on vinyl, so I can't listen to it right now. And it's driving me nuts.

That's a pretty cool story. The neighborhood that I live in is mostly Polish (so is my wife's family), so I can appreciate the culture, but I didn't really grow up in it. Right now, I'm loving Polish Kielbasa. We made some of that for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! Most of my music hasn't stayed with me from when I was a kid with the exception of Tom Petty (with or without the Heartbreakers). The first CD I ever bought was his greatest hits... So good and I still own it today.

I have a pretty big swing collection including new stuff (saw Cherry Poppin Daddies three times, Big Bad Voodoo twice, etc)

I too love Who Stoel the Keishka and have eaten Keishka. Polka is a blast when there are a bunch of peopel that know how to polka.
