you know city club might not be the best place in the world but you seem to really go out of youre way to rub its name in the dirt so what if it smells bad and some people want to start drama there if there was no city club then this would be happening at other places no matter what you would like to think so if you dont like city club then dont go but stop trying to make other people not like it by makeing polls like this because it isnt going to work

I don't hate any of those things enough to condemn it, however, all the little bads do add up. So, what do I hate the most about it? I hate the most that it is the cornerstone of our scene.

This is gross but here goes.......a freind told me she had to take a major dump there not too long ago. Bad enough there was no TP but she said the toilet would not flush after so she had to leave this big nasty turd there for everyone to see.

I chose the lack of heat/air. When I was there, all I did was stand still and occasionally hug people, and I was dripping with sweat. I didn't drink a lick of alcohol there, either. If it wasn't for Paul taking me back where the fan was, I might have melted. WTF is their deal that they don't do anything about that? Does someone have to die or what?

When I come back, I'm pretty sure that I'd like to go somewhere else. Someplace where I can pee without fear.

If your stay can extend to a Monday night, I'd highly recommend we drag you to Nectos in AnnArbor. On Thursdays we can do SWITCH at ILounge/Clutch Cargos or Diesel or Luna. Fridays... Hmmm. I never go out on Fridays... Saturday... Luna or something else...

At least those places would be cleaner, and have heat

so if you dont like city club then dont go

This is the first poll I've made, and if I can raise peoples standards then my job is done.

If higgins would renovate the place update the equipment and actually give a shit, then I would too. I have no respect for any building owner/club manager who doesn't care about the health aspect of their club.

I'm usually okay in no heat/air for a time, as long as I can go back home to it. So I picked parking. I hate when the fenced lot is full.

I agree with Rayne on the heat/air thing. As long as I'm moving, it doesn't matter n e ways. I chose the drama. I hate it n e where. I've only been to CC 4 or 5 times... and I'm already seeing it.

I've racked my brain trying to think of the many things wrong with CC. I usually spend most my time wallowing in self-pity as to why I can't go a min without somebody dumping beer on me or burning me with their lit cigarrette. Don't get me wrong the burning part seems alright but damnit Janet smelling like a brewery is unpleasent for me.

Oh, I was hot alright. So much so that I literally peeled my dress off when I got back to my room!!

I hate it for all the reasons you have listed. But sometimes its the only place to go....so i have to. Ill go to Necto or mephisto's any day, and i would love for desiel to get a goth night becuase i really like that club as well.

My favorite club is not a goth club... and its not in michigan... its The Sound-Bar in Chicago... it has none of the problems of city club. Though I suppose the fact that the patrons are mostly rich and snooty could be a problem for someone who is there for somthing other than the good music.

Right on...my favorite club is The Surly Wench in Tucson, AZ. Although its not really a club. More of a punk rock hole-in-the-wall with pool tables and a great jukebox.

I really liked Sabre's in Steamboat Springs, CO. Not simply because the I managed it, helped renovate it, and the owner is a good friend of mine, but in truth it was the best club in town to hang out at. Sadly, it is no more. :(
