Total Gym

Anyone use or have one of these? I am not a fan of alot of work out "gimmicks, but this one since it's using all resistance seems to be pretty solid, since I'm laid up right now with this cast, I cant do my martial arts or heavy bag like I want to do cause I get way to intense.......Please give me your thoughts

I had one of these they are great if you use them but they are expensive...I ended up selling mine due to me not using it, but the time i did use it it gave me a good work out.

Yeah, that is the thing about home these gyms.

I have the new Bowflex Ultimate (very expensive) I saw the commerical and you hear if you just do it for 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week you can look like this. So you think to yourself, hell I'll do it 7 times a week for a hour or more. I then get it in the mail a month later after ordering and I put it together and to be honest, I think I have only used it maybe 5 times and I have had it just over a month. It is really silly of me to be like that becasue like I said it was a great amount of money.

I do know it works like they say however becasue a friend of mine also bought one, and he was a little over weight and he has gained muscle and looks much different already, but it all comes down to will you actually use it or not i guess.

People order these things having good feelings, but then you get it and put it together and BELIEVE ME just putting the thing together is a workout in it self, no joke.
