That would be me. Yes every morning and every night without fail, I can't stand skipping it. I also floss and use listerine :grin

I used to do it everytime I ate but am down too twice a day now because the Dentist said I do it so hard and often (god I wish I were talking about something else here) that my gums are starting to receed.

Why do you want to know? Would you not rather know about the state of peoples fanny floss than dental floss?

i did the same thing. too hard, too much caused me to receed and other tooth/gum sensitivity that is permanant. so i actually brush less but still more than 3 times a day and i don't do it as hard. actually i might... sometimes i think i do and i stop myself! and i floss every time i eat now- that replaced my excessive brushing. my excessive flossing. :blink

I had a roommate once who never brushed her teeth. It was so disgusting. She's not even 30 and her teeth are falling out. YUCK!

2 times a day..morning and at night...once in awhile I brush more during the day. I use mouthwash all the freaking time though.

I wonder if you could have such a nasty mouth you could actually give someone a yeast infection or bacteria from oral.

I am in a fight to keep my remaining teeth. Too many fights when I was young and too many years of really not caring have taken thier toll. So, at the advise of my Dentists... I now brush 2 times a day with a normal toothbrush, once with the special electric one the dentists gave me, I scrap my tongue with the scrapper thingy he gave me, rinse with listerine, use the special tooth pic thingys to massage my gums between my teeth and floss daily...
