I'll go first...

Just called a couple glass places on a whim about replacing the truck window that was broken by the stereo thief outside CC this past weekend.

It's not as bad as I thought. one place quoted me $110 without tax, the other $113.36 including tax. That's full replacement, labor, etc.

That's doable for us. I just made eBay sales in the past 10 minutes totalling over $150, $50 of which is already going to pay my dad back for money lent to get Jon glasses, but there's still one item running and that plus the $100 will get us that window as soon as PayPal payments are in.

So more than likely, we'll have a window in a couple days and you'll see us up at CC this Saturday.

I'm gonna call more glass places tomorrow and see if I can get some competition going on those prices, too.

Yes! We are getting enough income tax refund back to buy Christmas presents. Whew! I was a little worried. My mans buisness won't be taking off much for two months yet.

i am happy that my car accident saturday only banged up my car and made me hurt instead of killing someone. i have a huge fear of death by car - for either me or caused by me.

i literally thanked "god" the whole way home. yay "god" or whoever/whatever watches over me

so bad situation could have been worse- reason to be happy i think.

Our album Evolution is almost done and the production on it sounds great! We've already been invited to play in Chicago, Cleveland at club Phantasy, California, Vegas, maybe the next Gothcon, and Convergence, We plan on doing a summer tour with a new line up of people. I cant wait for everyone to hear it. Those that have heard it so far say its the best thing they've heard in a long time. The new web site will also be up shortly for d:konstruct and we will do a CD release party early 2006. The party will either be at Diesel. Necto, or CC. Im also getting my black belt in Feb. 2006 is gonna be a good year!

I just got a job interview scheduled in a few weeks. I will be doing the same thing I am doing now, but will be getting a ton more clients, which means more$. Plus, the has heard about me already (apparently my work is the talk of the county), so I should have no problem getting hired, unless I somehow screw up the interview.

I just found out yesterday i am getting unasked for pell grants from college i did not even ask for them and don't have to do anything for them except of course stay in school but they will pay for all my classes and my books and if i can be fugal with the money it could in theory pay for my gas back and forth from school all year, but I suck at saving money. also it is the time of year for Xmas bonuses and stuff so it will be a good xmas for the family. Oh and another thing i got a speeding ticket the other day I was going about 92 miles an hour but the cop only wrote me up for 84 because he said if he wrote me up for the 92 it would be considered wreckless driving and the fine would be outragous so I'm ok with the ticket.

I was really sick this last week, and kind of bedridden because of it - blech, flu - and was worried that I wouldn't be able to do enough work on my midterm for my art class.

BUT...

I spent about fourteen straight hours working on it. I had to do a copy of an "old master work," something pre-sixteenth century basically. I chose Heironymous Bosch, cause he's neat. I decided to do a watercolor of the top portion of the Hell Panel from "The Garden of Earthly Delights."

Anyway, it turned out to be teh awesome. The whole class spent about half an hour praising it, and my teacher went on and on... and apparently, I'm also getting an A in class, which I wasn't as sure about as I wanted to be, but it's sure now.

I've also been accepted into an advanced experimental drawing class even though I haven't taken all the right pre-req's for it, based solely on my demonstrated skill level.

I'll post some kind of scan or something of the painting next week when I get it back.
