Would You Risk Your Life

I said no... but there are probably some circumstances under which I would. These would be times where I felt comfortable enough about my skills/talents that I didn't feel the risk was as great as others might percieve it to be.

no. i would do it for my kids and some close family/friends but i don't believe a pet is worth a human life. i just don't. especially if that means i would die and my kids would not have their mother anymore just because i saved a pet.

I'd probably sacrifice myself for my cat before I'd do so for most people.

For my cats? Probably not. I suppose it would have to depend on the circumstances, and how quick my reactions are at the time.

If my house were on fire, yes. I would try to get my cat out. I know its dumb but I just could not live with myself If I did not at least try.

i would do so in a situation like this too.

but i would not do it if it was a matter or me or my pet living and only one of us would for sure.

To save a pet? Yes I would. I don't hold their life's any lower than my own, they are equal to a humans. If my apartment was on fire I would look for them and stay until I found them. This is saying a lot since one of my greatest fears is to be burned alive.
