Shade Everdark Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Rangers suck in the snow. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Can't be any worse than Civics.
Rayne Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Can't be any worse than Civics. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I drive a Malibu ... with f'd up ABS and this weird issue where my rotors, calipers and brake pads all need replacing about every 2,500 miles ... My dad had a Civic last year ... it was better ... we had a Ranger a couple years ago ... it was better ... I had a Neon that ROCKED in the snow and ice ... my Venture had traction control ... that was awesome! ... BUT my Malibu is better than my Beretta was.
Homicidalheathen Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Guess who gets to shovel around here? Me, as I am the only unemployed one. And then I have to grocery shop and clean my kitchen. Oh well, I will get my work out won't I.
Rayne Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Guess who gets to shovel around here? Me, as I am the only unemployed one. And then I have to grocery shop and clean my kitchen.Oh well, I will get my work out won't I. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Me too ... I live alone. :tear
odims_sphere Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 living alone sucks, unless you have to live with like 30 people then that sucks
JaneDead Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 living alone sucks, unless you have to live with like 30 people then that sucks <{POST_SNAPBACK}> i've never lived alone. but i would take living alone over living with 30 people any day.

JaneDead Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 I slid into a telephone pole last night because of the snow!!!! It was fun!!!! It would have sucked if it had left even a tiny mark .... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> it was fun? wow that is crazy! i slid into a wall last week, that was not fun at all. and it was because of the snow we had last saturday night. hurt me and the car. i really hate driving in snow now! glad you were not hurt or you car or that your kids were in the car either.
Lilith Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 my 96 escort automatic handles great.... I plow through everything and hardly slide as long as my tires are not Bald. Also if you dont have the proper amount of air in your tires it can make a car hard to handle even with out snow. I would suggest that if you are finding you are having allot of problems check out the simple/cheap things you can do to improve the traction of your wheels. An aligment is also helpful. Throw a bag of salt in the trunk for a little extra weight and for those just in case stuck moments etc......
Slept with ghost Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 as far as i know (if you dont count this rumored ice age) there was no snow until the day i was born and then after that it snowed every year just to piss me off
