Well guys tommorow I see whether or not i get this cast off and if my ankle is healed. If some of ya's don't mind, say alittle prayer that my ankle is healed and I would appreciate it and return the favor

There is a couple of WTF TKD tourney's I want to fight in a couple months and I need to get my leg rehabbed asap so I can start my training again.

Physical therapy and taking it easy at first worked for me, and I have a massivly fu*ked up set of ankles.

Just don't over do it!

Be careful when your walking for a good two months.

If you need to get another cast, I was reading "Satan's Little Instruction Book". What it had to say as far as if you're putting a cast on someone else: Think Surrealists. :grin

Lol i am hoping I don't have to have another one put on ever again lol.....there was a dog there they rescued that the doctor brought in....well it love my stinking foot some much it wouldn't stop licking it,.....I was like omg dude you are one sick fucker....I should post this in the fetish one.....but I think that is only applying to humans lol

Update!!!!!

First day oh physical theropy went extremely well, the theropist was quite impressed, and I told her I was in martial arts and asked if it was ok to go back, I got some limitations.....IE no kicking actual heavy bags jumping or spin moves, but still it's a start...I am gonna start going to physical theropy twice a week after the first of the year. She said she had something unique for me considering hobbies.
