Ever want to hang with fictional characters?

So I'm in a bad mood & bored. And watching a re-run of "Will & Grace" 'cause it's the only thing on (no cable).

And Jack & Karen, the "goofy" characters, are looking like a lot of fun right now. They're sassy, have fun without thought to consequence - and Karen has a lot of money so she pays for everything.

I'd so love to hang with them right now.

I know that's really, really silly. But that's how I feel.

I don't think I would want to be friends with Karen, she's kinda mean. But she does throw her money around so that cjould be useful.

I could constantly hang with Jack! I've known people like jack and sometimes I miss them.

I just happened to be watching that, feeling bored & cranky, when I realized how much fun those two crackpots have together.

I mean, I didn't even know their names 'cause I watch the show so infrequently - I had to google them. But the scene I saw just made me think about how much fun it'd be to hang with people like that in the mood I was in.

Funny thing, though. I had a dream some months ago wherein the actor who plays Jack was trying to seduce me. Ain't that f&d up.

I'd say John Becker from "Becker", Spock or Data from Star Trek (obviously, original and TNG respectively). Maybe Jack O'Neal from Stargate (the series, and the later seasons, not the first few where they didn't have their footing on the characters).

Also just about any vampires that have ever existed, ever, in any media.

I'd love nothing more than to spend my time with the likes of Frodo Baggins, or Rand al'Thor, or some of the crew from one of the Final Fantasies. Cloud Strife, perhaps. I tend to prefer fantasy worlds to this one.

Actually that IS a bit like me and my friends, just without the money, the men, and manhattan. So what I actually want is those things.

Oh my tv geekness is about to show...

There are SOOO many i would honestly want to hang out with.

- I would chill with Xander or Oz from Buffy The Vampire Slayer any day of the week

- I'd kill to get to spend one day down in Fraggle Rock with Boober or Wembly

- I was dying as a kid to hang out with He-Man or She-Ra, or Both!!!

- The number of times ive dreamt of spending the day with Lt Cmdr Data is scary

- I want to go to Moe's with Homer Simpson

- Xena goes with out saying (oops! i just said it!)

- Garfield's witty commentary would keep me crackin up!

- You couldnt have a bad time hangin with a klingon - Warf!

- Kramer (from Seindfeld) would be utterly bizzarre, it'd be great!

- Ive adored Storm since the first time i ever saw an Xmen comic

- Wolverine has always been a close second
