Hmm... I actually haven't had a lot of new exposure this year, too wrapped up in other things. But I do have one to speak of that comes to mind easily:

I was a big fan of magnetic fields back in the early 90's but I can't stand stephen merrit anymore. He just re-writes the same phil spector rip-off album over and over. Have you heard any of the early stuff with the girl singer? I like it much better, you should look for the song "100,000 fireflies" it's great.

Merrit also has three side projects.....future bible heroes, the gothic archies, and... the sixths.
