City Club Aftermath, Saturday, January 15

grrr Since i had to work to 8pm yesterday, when i got home, i just didnt feel like dealing with the whole "having to call a friend, getting dressed, lying to my parents blah blah blah" thing. So i just stayed home, watched tv, and talked to my bf on the phone til i passed out.

and now my plans for next sat are ruined since I was asked to switch days with my dept head. :( *tear*

Yeah, you'll get used to the "That's Brandy every weekend" thing. Alcohol makes me overly social. Ya shoulda told me you wanted to meet people, every time I turned around one of my friends was poking, kissing, hugging, or biting me. I got over a dozen bites, a good handful of kisses, and turned laps into my own personal chairs. The Gemini magic was in full force Saturday night.

Nah, it isn't being a girl, it's being me. Well not really me.... it's confidence and a lot of trying to make the people around me happy. I spent some time helping a few people gain a bit of confidence over the last few months, because of that I've developed a large following of friends. And if you can get me to stay still for three seconds I'm actually very talented at listening to people and I end up helping everyone just by listening sometimes. I swear I could be just as popular as a boy and if you want next week I'll prove it.

Didn't end up making it. Went to a friends house where him and my friends finally found an Xbox that they were getting me for Xmas so I stayed all night until 530 or so playing online gaming with Halo 2 haha. Maybe next time I come into town which will probably be the first weekend of February.

I actually showed up for this night and had a pretty decent time. I didn’t see any of you but I wasn’t really looking sorry...date kept my attention. Spent most the night as usual trying to stay warm with booze and bad dancing. Met some rather interesting people though including "smack me across the face guy" and where "only here cause the other bars are closed and didn’t find anyone to take home guys." I got a good laugh at least. Ill be back this coming Saturday night with some friends. Maybe we should designate some general area of the club to meet up at? There are a lot of alcoves and what not around that might make people more comfortable walking up and introducing themselves. Just a thought.
