Time is now to start this ball rolling. No more putting it off. Creditors just aren't working with us and I'm tired of fighting. Literally sick of it all.

I need recommendations on attorneys. I can't go back to the jerkoff who stole our $600 when I tried to file previously.

Have you tried credit counseling?

The credit counselors at Green Path debt solutions are good people. They're nonprofit so their counseling services are free. If their program doesn't work for you they can recommend a bankruptcy lawyer if you go that route.

My situation was beyond their help (bankruptcy won't help me either). I hope you have better luck.
