Drinking some iced sun tea I made yesterday.

I mixed lemon juice and salt into my emotional support water bottle. Hopefully this has enough electrolytes to actually hydrate me XD 

 

Update: this feels like drinking ocean water without the tummy ache and I might be obsessed
