Effective today, I am removing myself from Sr. DGN Moderator status.

I have chosen not to remain as a Senior Moderator. I feel that I have driven a lot of good things on DGN and I am glad for that opportunity. I ask you to consider that I have to the best of my abilities helped this community and lead as respectful and empathetic life as possible. As a human - I have failed at times. I will continue to strive for the positive, without the title.

Please understand the amount of emotion that is involved in this message and the amount of thought that has gone into the decisions that I have made for both myself, the mod staff and DGN as a whole. For the very last time, I will sign this letter to you respectfully as:

Your an important element of this whole thing Marblez.

And you have a very good balanced approach to decency and order in taking on the task of moderating such a deeply multi faceted organism such as DGN.

Nobody could do it "right" all the time.

But most of us would do it wrong pretty much most of the time.

If your burnt - or emotionally exhausted from the process, then perhaps a break is precisely what you need. But your a leader here, somethign not easily replacable. You should be very proud of that, and even though I've only been on DGN for a short time its very easy to see your influence and I've enjoyed knowing your there.

you have my respect and admiration. I think your a class act. I'll miss you here.

Although we have met only once, I think your a real cool person and although I don't aggree with somethings you say, but thats just difference in opinion. If it's for personal reasons take some time away to fix what needs to be fixed, if not, I think you can see that most the ppl here don't have a problem with the way you do things, so if it's not broke don't fix it ok

I have to say, the funniest thing happened to me at lunch time. I opened DGN, lookedat the main page, scrolled to the bottom...sat there dumbfounded for quite a few seconds actually thinking to myself, "What do I do now? There is nothing to do."

The "group" is what matters, the title needs to be manually changed...forgot to do that part first, and since a "member" can not access the admin panel *poof* I was logged out before I could make that change. ooopsie. They'll get it.

As a short time member, I feel the Mods have done a great job of keeping things running smoothly. So I know part of the effort was from you Marblez and I thank you for that.

Now as to other things being recognized....ummmm....I'll tell you that...later...in private.....
