Saw it last night. FREAKIN GREAT! The story line in this one is really good.

The fights ROCK.

Marcus is a bad ass in this one and so is Michael. There is a great amount of gore and just the right amount of suspense. One of my fav parts though is that they keep showing little flashbacks of the first movie at key times. This helped those of us who havent seen the first Underworld in awhile a nice refresh into why somethign is happening the way it is.

It even gives way to the possibilities of a third.

I highly recommend this one...

I like the fact that this movie starts up where the first one left off. Everything was badass about the movie.. fights, blood, Marcus...

I wish they didn't kill off Victor in the first one cuz he was the shit!

I loved it but.......well, I stayed up all night the night before partying so it triggered my narcalepsy 5 times. So I need to watch it again. This is not to say it was not a good movie. Usually I am ok with this much action and all.

I loved the costumes and gore....nice work! But!

Ok, how many versions of Vamps are there now? 1? 2? 3? 5? You have the old school, the new school.......the cross between vamp and werewolf......mutated ones.....you know? Just too much. A little over the top.

I just got confused.

Then there were some scenes where your just like, what? He or she is not dead yet? Oh common.

I didn't find it as satisfying as the first one. It was still a great movie nonetheless and I plan on seeing it again, but it just wasn't as satisfying as the first. Not enough build up, and resolutions came too quickly.

But Beckinsale naked? Mmmm ... even if you didn't get to see anything. I'm off to go do ... uh, something.

I think the underworlds are to close to the white wolf games i know and love, so im not to fond of them. But I did go see ti and i will say the special effects and the fight scenes were neat, I just wis they would admit they stole it from white wolf.

Right after the movie a friend of mine was talking White Wolf. I mentioned that Penny Arcade comic. Thanks for that Jarod.

I will concede that in the court case WW had a valid claim on 4 of their points. The rest of the 27 or so seemed a bit of a stretch to me.

Awesome movie!! the whole vampire vs werewolf thing has been around forever...so whitewolf can go lick a hairy sack and blow me while they're at it.....sorry if I offended any VTM fanbois.....oh wait no Im not...LOL

Well, I finally got to see it.

I didn't really like this one. :( No vampy parties, no changes of clothing, (was there no wardrobe budget at all)? I didn't like the fight scenes much. (Seemed like a replay of the same one over and over to me).

I was also really disappointed with the sex scene - seemed too tame to me. She didn't do much at all! I don't even recall her changing position at all ~ all I recall is her sort of laying there and writhing around a tiny bit. I mean damn, a werewolf/vamp hybrid and a full blooded vampire? I wanted some ACTION. She does have a gorgeous body, but still...

I did like some of the story line, though it could have been made a bit tighter and easier to follow.

I didn't like this one nearly as much as the first.
