The other day Local 4 news did a story about the cartoon and how it made the city look. They contacted the maker and made him apoligise for his work and he agreed to remove it from the site. Also

Now I love the city of Detroit, and I understand that the cartoon was a joke and I wasn't upset about it. Like the cartoon or not what ever happened to free speach? The Detroit SuperBowl cartoon has now been replaced by a Detroit Lions cartoon.
