Ryan Kuhn had a horrible brain condition, causing him to fall into insanity. And this insanity was slowly revealed through his strong dislike for women. After a short while of abusiveness, he was tossed into a psyche ward and locked up. Not too long after, Ryan clawed at the padded walls so fiercely that he ripped every fingernail from its corresponding finger. The doctors, bewildered, put him into a straitjacket, thinking they had fixed the problem. However, Ryan quickly found a way to chew through the fabric and gain his freedom. With a final, desperate act, the doctors put a metal cage around his head in hopes of stopping all of this psychotic behavior.

Ryan was later killed when the ward caught fire. He was the only person left, the others all managing to escape. However, this was on his own demand - believing that this was how he deserved to die.
