What do we know?

Do I understand myself enough

to know

my past,

present,

future?

Understanding this-

will I know then

the hearts of men.

Understand their

hopes, dreams, love,

loss, compassion, care?

Will that make it easier

one day

to understand?

Or will this knowledge

hurt more than just

living for the day?
