It's very difficult to be approved for a laptop ... it's not something you NEED ... like a house or car. In all honesty, it'd probably be easier for people with challenged credit to apply for a credit card (ie. Mastercard or Visa, not a store card) and use that to buy a laptop. You'd be paying more ... but sometimes that's the only way ...

Marblez Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Just DO NOT go to Rent-A-Center or any other rent to own places. They will charge you an armm and a leg - by the time you "own" it, you have paid for it 10 times over and it is way out of date anyway. Baaad baaaaad.
