I tend to notice them when the person quotes me, as arrogant as that sounds. Like, you know, Aequorea's badass awesome signature for instance.

Once in a while I'll see something that catches my attention, but usually I don't notice them unless they are huge or have multiple pictures. In that case, if I'm being completely honest, they tend to annoy me.

epically long winded soliloquies i tend to ignore. i am succumbing more and more each day to the internet habit of skimming things, which is why on the internet general goldfish attention span edict i keep mine short, and change it often

lol I don't even have my own signature, it's not worth the effort. Why would I pay any attention to someone else's?

Then again I also post in topics often and then never look at them again. I get bored pretty easily. I could ATTEMPT to look at someone's signature, but I'd find something more interesting in a heartbeat.
