DBT-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Im going to be starting my DBT and Im kind of uncomfortable. I never heard anything about this before our couples therepist recomended it for me... Have you?? Ive read up on it a little but I was just wonder if anyone on the board has had "personal" experience with it.

Im just nervous and uneasy due to the fact that Ive been in and out of therepy for years and Ive never heard of it. Just need some opinions and input :cheerful

Yes I know, I just cant believe I've never heard of it till now..... it just makes me uneasy.

somehow at the moment I dont think that is possible :laughing But I guess Im just worried about the waste of time...

Even if this theropy turns out to be complete feces on a stick... You at least learned something.

What ever do you mean dark .. "poo" on stick is hours of fun lol ....

Thats very true .. its not going to damage me anymore then Im already damaged, so I really dont have anything to lose
