How Did You Pass The Time ...

So, how did y'all pass the time while DGN was down? You know, other than die?

I hit a house. :blushing My truck is fine, but some siding (brand new last summer :doh ) around the garage is smashed. I'll have to post pictures.

See what happens when you get involved in real life! It's overrated! hehe.

I had to work most of that time (overtime galore lately) so on my breaks I surfed the net and visited a few other boards, read news sites, etc. I notice DGN is by far where I spend most time but I spend less time-sucking net time overall when it is up (I guess because so many topics are all in one place and all of you are handy, heh).

I heartbroken by DGN being gone moved to Spain and founded a leper nudest coloney... but when all of my residents turned into stew in the hot tub, I moved back, and it was fixed by then

I spent the time masterbating to It's A Wonderful Life.

I'm always the one to get blamed for that! And after all this time, we find out that it's YOUR fault. Bad deadburgerking. Bad.

I played my skin flute a lot. I didn't dance though because everybody knows it takes two to tango.

I ate a bunch of paint chips hoping some were lead, but they all turned out to be acrylic. Well, except for that body paint that I nibbled off a Canadian whore. Turns out she was an assassin sent to kill me and that was lead body paint instead of liquid latex. Little did she know I've spent the last few years building up an immunity to iocane powder ... er, lead paint so it didn't affect me. Poor girl ended up dying though as it seeped into her skin and made her go so crazy she followed a herd of lemmings off a cliff. Granted, the cliff was only three feet high but there was a wood chipper underneath and that's what did her in.

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      ~~~~~ Definitely wishing you luck.  Do enjoy yourselves.   But I have to admit, the first thing that came to mind was does roadside assistance reach the desert? 😬
      ~~~~~ Yeah, it's like something happened to my metabolism this past Winter and when I came out of hibernation, that AARP Join Request started looking like something to check into.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
