I just got the paper back for my reading and writing history class. The professor wrote one thing on it:

"This is a remarkable paper - undergrad symposium?"

He said it was a remarkable paper for an undergrad.

He said he wants to have it entered in the history symposium next year.

He also said he'd sponsor me to do some independent study. THAT MEANS that I WON'T have to kill myself taking classes the semester I do my student teaching!!!
