Don't feel too bad, my insurance company couldn't even find me for 20 minutes! Crazy people should check before they transfer.

Somehow I would rather get a machine than a foreigner like I do when I call Sprint's customer service. At least I can understand the automated voice is saying. I get tired of seeing all these companies sending all their calls to a foreign country because "its cheaper."
