There was some bureacratic confusion about the paperwork that's required to remain open after hours. Reliable sources say the problem should be fixed by this weekend.

If I do go out it won't be to city. I'm really just not feeling that place anymore. I'd rather go sit in a country/western bar for 2 hours. I'm sure the goth look will go over great!
