Shade Everdark Posted June 2, 2006 Posted June 2, 2006 good point, but mild depression from simple life stress isn't something that should be medicated in the first place - ithese are things people need to just take responsibility for on their own, in my opinion... =) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This brings up an interesting tangential question. When, in fact, should depression be medicated? When is it applicable for a therapist to suggest that a patient go on antidepressants? When it becomes bad enough that the person won't get out of bed? When it affects his job or social activities?
