Head Wreck Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 if one siamesse twin gets drunk... does the other twin get drunk also?
Guest Megalicious Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 if one siamesse twin gets drunk... does the other twin get drunk also? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I believe so, But I'm not sure. I think it depends on how much blood and or major arteries that they share. Good question.
honeymustard02 Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 The answer is most likely yes as long as they share a blood supply. Hense the reason if one dies the other will eventually die too because all the blood is being pumped to one twin and not pumped back.
BrassFusion Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 It's hard to say whether that would happen with most of the siamese twins of today, but out of the original twins Eng and Chang, one of them was a raging lush and the other wasn't. They only shared part of a liver and a stretchy swatch of skin, to use alliteration. Eng might have gotten a little buzzed when Chang drank, but it's unlikely that all the alcohol Chang ingested would have passed through their shared liver and through the bloodstream to Eng's brain.
