Hey guys. I won't be there tonight. I was helping my friend with a project for the benefit tomorrow night at CC for prick. I also had to go shopping because I have an interview tomorrow morning for like the only open juvenile justice job I have been able to find around here in quit awhile. People don't leave those positions so when I find one open, I'm on it! Lol. Wish me luck. I hope you all can come out tomorrow night. Even if you didn't know Rick, he was a good guy and his family is trying to raise money for his cremation:( There is also a go fund me page.

Redoing my résumé and about to apply to more places, because this one place that I've been told I'm guaranteed to be hired at has been taking their sweet time for the past few weeks.

I got my name from well... my first name is my real name just so people don't have to remember two names, and the second part "Spiral" well even when I was little I liked spiral-ish shapes. I remember one teacher talking about "the golden mean" and nautilus shells , spiral galaxies, pinwheels spinning, whirlpools, tornadoes, many chaos mathematics images... Then NIN's "the downward spiral" came out and poof, came the last name. (also I was annoyed that my parents changed our "real" last name to something that was just easy to pronounce so I figured fuck it). FB pisses me off because it some crazy how won't take "Spiral" as a last name. Doesn't sound that bizarre to me.

I had a good time. Was great to see everyone. Average turnout as expected by the number of invites, (less than 300 and I invited 214 myself) but I'm not shooting for a huge "event." Just have to keep at it. Hope to see you guys (and them that couldn't make it) next week.

Yes, I do believe a bit of background history is due here. Originally, the bottom of my Forum front page used to look like this: So when I saved the page, I would have all the statistics for that particular time of day. (as some members know I am a statistics junkie). However, now the bottom of my front page looks like this: Therefore, in order to get the "Forum Statistics" info, I have to be in an actual thread post. --------------------------------------------------------- With regards to "Today's Top 20 Posters", the page used to look like this: Therefore, whenever I hosted DGN's monthly BOARD DOMINATION WEEK, I would then use that information to post the daily top 3 (stats would be taken at 11:59pm and posted after 12:00am the following day): Therefore, by the end of that week, I would have all of the stats needed to calculate and post the week's Rank Awards: --------------------------------------------------------- In regards to the "page up" situation, since I do a lot of references to first posts and/or headers when I make welcome pages and the like, I generally find myself opening multiple pages to get to the top of the page(s) quickly, therefore, I thought of a back to the top style side arrow button for faster navigation purposes. However, I do have a mouse with a "continuous" function which allows me to scroll up or down the page with the flick of my middle finger...guess I was just being lazy...

So if I understood your meaning last Thursday, if we hold up the booths from getting more customers in, the proprietors just might open up the basement for our weekly gatherings...that would be sweet! *starts devising a seat holdout plan*

I will not be making it this week but I am planning on making it to the future events, since the new job schedule will allow me to actually attend. I am curious about this Ingress game? I have never heard of it.
