Yeah even if I do decide to let them go outside on their own, I'll be checking on them frequently and keep windows open so I can hear them. I just feel bad when they can't go outside because I have stuff to get done around the house.1 point -

They also did it for kids going to school. The idea was better chance of some daylight when the kids are heading to school in the morning. I know there has been talk of eliminating it. Hopefully they will do that.1 point -
