I agree with tron about the secondary frequency feed. Without downloading and analyzing frame by frame I notice other anomalies that suggest walls that obviously aren't in the room.

In my opinion, it looks like a that might be a wireless cam and it picked up transmision from another wireless monitoring device. Due to the fact that we can't hear any sounds that are going on in the room, the baby could have easily been reacting to the sound of a vehicle driving by the house and/or the sound echoing off the walls. There are just too many variables that would have to be disproven before I would state that there was an apparition in the baby's room.
