Best way to get a visa

Well I have been looking for a way and have to been unable to find one. I would like to go to a community college in the states and therefore would guess I need to get myself a student visa but I just can't seem to find out how. My net is not the best right now so googling anything is just a pain in the ass.

If anyone knows the best way to get one, or can atleast show me a quick way of finding it out, I would be forever thankful ^.^
