For just being mean I'll just use a hoped up version of my sequential magnet bearing launcher. Using NdFeB magnets I put a 1/4" bearing through 1/2" plywood.

In theory it can fire a projectile so fast that it will melt from air friction.

I wouldn't want it that fast but imagine a couple of red hot ball bearings penetrating your guts.
