So the guy from the environmental agency actually called me back! When I had a peeping tom, I couldn't even get a public servant to come out here.....I had to go to the station to file. Guess batteries are more important than childs welfare. Sorry, I just hate Clinton twp cops. They kinda blow.

Anywho they said there is a battery recycling receptical in every post office now.
